Terms of Service

1. What RevoForge is

RevoForge (“we,” “us”) operates a photography-first social network where creators publish portfolio work, post and apply to castings, exchange inquiries, and voluntarily record collaborations. We are not a booking agent, talent agency, escrow service, payment processor, or legal service. Collaborations, payments, and contracts happen directly between creators.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. Mature or artistic-nudity content carries an explicit 18+ age attestation per surface and is limited to jurisdictions where such content is lawful for you to view.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you post — images, captions, casting briefs, vouches, messages. By posting, you grant RevoForge a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, transcode, cache, and distribute your content as needed to operate the service (including thumbnails, search snippets, and social preview cards). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for backups that age out on our normal retention schedule.

You promise that you have the right to post what you post — that you own the work or have the necessary releases from people depicted, and that the content does not infringe anyone's rights.

4. Conduct

Don't use RevoForge to harass, defraud, impersonate, or solicit illegal work. Don't post sexually explicit content involving anyone other than yourself, and never anyone under 18. Don't scrape, mass-message, or run automation against the service. Our Community Guidelines are part of these Terms.

5. Releases, contracts, and payment

RevoForge offers tools for generating model releases and recording collaborations. These tools are conveniences, not legal advice; the documents we generate are templates that you and your collaborator execute outside the platform. We don't hold money, mediate disputes between creators, or enforce contracts. If you need legal counsel, hire a lawyer in your jurisdiction.

6. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines, with or without notice when the violation is severe or ongoing. You can delete your own account at any time from Account settings; some content (e.g., messages you sent that other users have already read) may persist for the recipient.

7. Disclaimers and limits of liability

RevoForge is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee that any specific creator is who they say they are, that any casting is legitimate, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you have paid us in the prior 12 months or (b) USD $50.

8. Changes to these Terms

If we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect, and post a dated changelog at the top of this page. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
